4. Can I return or exchange my sofa?

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the sofa is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

5. Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • If the sofa is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

6. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.
